For those of you who have your collections stored in an Excel spreadsheet, this option gives you a way to import your spreadsheet into the Figure Vault. Once your columns are arranged the way mentioned below, you can save your spreadsheet as a "CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv)" file in Excel and import it into the Figure Vault.

NOTE: Do not modify your original spreadsheet. Make a copy of it before changing anything in case you make a mistake!

The first row of the CSV file is the header row. The only two required columns are the series and name. The rest of the columns must be named one of the following:

	Property	Description
	series	The toy series or folder path the figure belongs to. You can seperate the path with a forward slash '/'. For example, Star Wars/Carded Figures.
	name	The name of the figure.
	year	The year it was released.
	itemno	The manufacturer's item number or UPC.
	paid	Amount you paid.
	value	It's value.
	height	It's height.
	quantity	How many you have.
	location	Where is it stored at (closet, attic, mommy's, storage).
	condition	The condition of the item.
	description	A description of the item.
