Legs: Sirius Black from Harry Potter. The legs wouldn't stand on their own so I cut off the left leg and repositioned it.

Sanded away a lot of musculature. Built back up with tons of sculpt work using Epoxy Putty and Apoxie Sculpt.

Just a simple head swap to an Alias figure for the second look.
My dog was made from one of those animal figurines with her ears sculpted and a paint job. |
