PROFILE: Retired. Captain Scott continues his spirited service to the Federation as an advisor and link to Starfleet's technological past. Scott is celebrated for his analytical ability and his resourcefulness in solving engineering quandaries with creative solutions. At age 72, while on board the U.S.S. Jenolan en route to the Norphin Five retirement colony, the vessel encountered a Dyson Sphere. Scott formulated a life preserving plan. Suspending himself in the transporter system, Scott was the sole survivor of the incident. He was retrieved 75 years later by a boarding party from the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D. Teamed with Lieutenant Commander La Forge, Scott freed the U.S.S. Jenolan and the Enterprise from the Dyson Sphere. Now on an unofficial mission to absorb new technology, Scott is at-large in a shuttlecraft on loan from the U.S.S. Enterprise.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Captain Scott's technique of molecular suspension in the transporter system is highly unstable and should never be attempted.
