On Stardate 47988, Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the U.S.S. Enterprise began to experience temperal shifting, caused by the powerful entity known as “Q”. Picard found himself more than 25 years in the future, where he reunited the senior officers from his Enterprise crew to explore a spatial anomaly in the Devron system.
In this future timeline, Lt. Cmdr. Data had retired from service in Starfleet. He held the prestigious Lucasian Professor of Mathematics chair at Cambridge University, living in the chair’s traditional house once occupied by Sir Isaac Newton. Data located the U.S.S. Pasteur under the command of Captain Beverly Picard (Crusher) t take Picard and the crew to the Devron System.
Reports on Picard’s encounters with other crew members are also on file. It is unclear whether this future timeline can be altered.
