Tyr was another third series carded figure, like the other ones, that I never found in a toy aisle. Though the rocket firing arm action was really great, I think, like with other third series characters, this one should have been passed up for more deserving characters. Tyr was a villain of the Legion of Super Heroes (whom none of which were ever made into figures). I can't understand how he fit into the Super Powers line. Despite this fact, his figure was a great figure. I bought my first C-9 loose/complete Tyr figure in 2001 from Zap! Comics for around $47.00.
