MAJOR STORM accumulated his skills the hard way–on the battlefield. He's forgotten more about strategic tactics than most field officers will ever know in their lifetimes. He joined the G. I. JOE team as commander of the GENERAL–Mobile Strike Headquarters. This immense battle station was his pride and joy, until it was severely damaged by unknown saboteurs that escaped unchallenged into the night. The repairs will take over a year to complete.
