The phrases and numbers are found in 3 places in the Data Files. There's one phrase on the inside Biography page. The second phrase is found deeper inside on the Assembly guide. Finally there is a number located on the Sticker application page. As for what they all mean, your guess is as good as mine.

Game Play Data Files also have hidden messages in them located on the pages showing the figures. Those messages are located in the second table below.

Insert numbers are located in the lower left corners on the backs of Assembly Instructions and Data Files.
