I saw were it said no franchise stuff but I was wondering if that included THE MEN IN BLACK. I know it's now a movie franchise but it started out in comics first with Aircel publishing it in 1990 until Malibu bought them out in 1991 & published it until they were bought out by Marvel in 1994 who then released some issues in 1997 when the first movie came out. Plus in the credits (or opening titles) it even states the movie is based off the Marvel comics series.

Can we use a character that was created in the modern age but their history alludes that they were active during the golden age of heroes? IE can we use a member of The Crew or The Six Forgotten Warriors from Spider-Man: TAS or even T'Challa's grandfather?

No problem, wanted to keep the contest fair and not have the creators known before the end. Like I metioned before about views for the customs and anthony was mentioning he was not getting email notifications about posts or replies to his customs. But like I said before the system has been smooth and user friendly and no complaints, only see those things as being missed. Still great job you guys deserve a lot of credit for making the best site on the net, kudos to all you behind the scenes.
