Poor girl Petronila Pérez was a genius from early age. Abandoned by her parents at birth, she spent her childhood in orphanates along Mexico. With scholarships and such, she was able to attend schools and eventually she got into the MTI to study bioengineering. She moved to Zimbabwe to help in creating artificial limbs for those who have been injured and lost limbs by landmines, while at the same time was designing artificial and electronic limbs which, due to costs, would be available for all people some day in the future...

After many years wandering Africa helping people, she came to Wakanda and was awarded with a permanent site for research based on her philantropist nature, and given full access to vibranium resources. There she started to develop electronic limbs projects and she based them on her physique as she was not very tall and she had similar built as the teens from the area.

It all looked fine in her life until one day, she headed to a far small town along with some physicians and nurses onboard a small medi-lab truck to supply the town with medical care and removal of landmines, when the town was attacked by vile terrorist trying to establish a permanent headquarters there; she quickly warned everyone, however, the area had not exhaustively been cleared from mines, and during the running away, all of the personnel got blasted by a series of deadly shots from the terrorists which made them head to the mined area, seemingly killing them all...

All her life destroyed in seconds. WIth her two arms and legs lost for the explosion, she was rushed to the medi-lab truck by one of her colleagues trying to save her life with the life support system, drove away from the site and attemped to close her wounds, but she had an idea in that precise moment. She asked the surgeon to attach her the artificial prototype limbs she had been developing, and after hours and excruciating pain, it was done...Rather than a suit it is actually her bionic limbs with a series of controls spread all over her body, since there is no housing or remote control for them, and it was design entirely on Vibranium, which makes its quite resilent against physical attacks and grants a bit of additional strength. Her face whas to wear that heavy helm for control purposes as well as life support because of sharpnel and stuff. There is nothing fancy on ther armor design because of all of the above. She now has to stand for the poor people at Africa, and her doings called the attention of some tycoon called Anthony Stark, who, after a small talk to her in his IronMan Armor, impressed by the girls prowess, donated some of his technology to her (flight, non lethal weapons, cloaking technology, materials, communication devices and the trademark gold & red color scheme) trying to redeem himself from the events in Civil War, thinking that "that's what Steve would do"...

Enough with the story, the Base figure is Lady Deathstryke from the old ML Toybiz Series 13, with the head from X3 Jean Grey and hands from Titanium Man (which fit this figure for being ridiculously small). Details were added with epoxy resin, all painted with Tamiya clear Red & Yellow. I intended to submit this custom figure a year ago for the hell's belles custom contest, but did not finish her on time, then I wanted to submit her for the steampunk contest, but I forgot about the deadline, jejeje, so I had to come up with a whole new story and repainted her gold and yellow. so I'm doing it right now. Thanks for watching!
