Moonstone (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:40531
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Legends
Date Added:July 3, 2012
Base Figure:Elektra
Height:5.50 inches
Articulation:25 points
Here is another of my experiments to make an articulated female base from the Hasbro female. This time Moonstone from the thunderbolts.

Elektra with the torso twist replaced with a barbell joint to increase articulation.

Lower legs from wasp and feet from black widow, I have dremeled to give them the new Hasbro foot articulation.

Head is from a resculpted Buffy figure with hair from a movie Pheonix.
thighs have been thickened and crotch dremeled to increase range of motion.

Painted in silvers and golds and given a gloss varnish, not really pleased with the finish but it will do for my shelf.

Cheers for looking.

That is a great looking Moonstone custom. I am also very interested in the barbell joint and all the other mods you made for this. Any chance of making a tutorial?

She's beautiful and the curves are always a plus. But question. Not to sound slow but what do the barbell joints look like and where can I get some?

Thanks for the comments guys, I do preffer this body with thicker thighs and a better range of motion in the torso. The reworked torso actually uses less seperate parts and gets a bigger range of motion than the factory release.
