Welcome to the Custom Showcase

Just about anyone can create a custom figure. All it takes is a creative spark and enough patience to sit down and make a vision come to life. Custom figures can be created many ways. One way is to take any old figure you have lying around and give it a new exciting paint job. Another is to remove parts from various figures and use them to build an entirely new one. Better yet, maybe you are a true enthusiast and have the materials to mold your own pieces and build one from scratch. All of these methods, or any combination of them, can be used to create custom figures. Figure Realm has created the Custom Figure Showcase to encourage this great hobby and allow everyone to show off their artistic masterpieces. Please submit your custom figures for all to enjoy!

Blast from the Past

The Green Lantern O'bryan custom from Green Lantern was submitted by python6 on January 24, 2012.
Nothing really special about Mr. O'Bryan no origin yet. Just had a Hal Jordan body and a Geo-Force Head laying around. So i decide to do something with it.I'm happy with the color i came up with for the mask to match the body. I use Christmas green paint and add a little white to it. The hardest part was painting the head.Every brush i use was to big .So i had to use a tooth pick.I dont know if you can tell by the pic but the paint job is not smooth.Even after 2 coats. How did I come up with the name O'Bryan. As I looked at him he could pass for Wally West Kid Lantern But he is to tall. And the more i looked at him the more he start looking like Conan O'Brien. So i ask my girlfriend"Doesn't he look like Conan O'Brien?" She said yes he does. So I drop the Conan and spelled the O...

Cool stuff! Just a tiny suggestion, the casted cape looks a little rough on the edges especially the top piece. Taking a piece of sandpaper to it would make a huge difference. I know that Vortious can use that soft plastic too but it can still work. Great job!

Hi. Sorry, this particular one is part of my collection and isn't for sale, but if you are able to get hold of both a BS and Epic Force Vader I'd be happy to make the modifications for you!
