Featured Customizer?

I can do that now, but I don't know what the unwritten rules are on this. I feel like I'd just be a jackass because I'm not exactly on par with some of the featured customizers. What exactly do you need to be a featured customizer, other than the site allowance?

as far as I know`that's it, it takes a while though. Oh and of course you deserve to be featured, all levels of skill are welcome here and we all know it's a learning process, the more you do the better you get.
