my current house so small I only have a the space of a bench to work on my customs,
so small that I have to rearrange some furniture to get to some parts of the house,
me and my wife got lots of stuff, like books and figures and dolls, most people would just trow it out but for us it's not trash, we actually enjoy the stuff we have, but it's hard in a house so small, and the house is full of mold, can't wait for the chance to get into a better place, but our final plan is a house such as you described.

Update! So we decided not to get the original house that we were looking at. We would have had to pay to move the place and we found a better house for what we were going to pay for the original house plus moving and appliances... the new house we won't even have to move so we can move in sooner. The new place is 5 years newer (1999) and much, much nicer. It's 1786 square feet so larger than the original and has all brand new appliances. I took some pictures if anyone cares to see the place we're looking to buy now. It's still a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home.

lol. Double wides originally were 2 trailers put together but now it's an industry of your own, half the time you can't even tell that they were 2 sections. It is a really nice one. my neighbor's house is one and you'd never tell as it's 2 floors with a fancy front entrance with a chandalier and everything.

Will you pay in full or still be under mortgage? is your dog a large scary dog? can I have blueprints to your home? if yes can you please mark which of the three rooms will be used by You/Your wife & the one for our child? also I am gonna need a schedule of when no one will be home and all your valuables will be left behind. No but on the foreal hope you and your family love the new place it looks really nice the bathroom looks awesome (weres the toilet i am afraid of bathrooms where you can't reach the door from the toilet).but I hate to break it to you but your place does seem a little ... (don't wanna be rude but)... HAUNTED in two of your pictures theres a ghost with some odd flash face so you might wanna make the call to whom you ask.

Haven't had time to work on customs lately.....so I started customizing my backyard. Naturaly I did not do this all on my own had 2-3 others there, depending on the day. I still need to seed and place more raised garden beds.
