Dont know if i spelled that right.....but ive recentlt gotten into it and i have a friend teaching me wondering if you guys/gals have any friends or if you do parkour and heres a definition

the sport of moving along a route, typically in a city, trying to get around or through various obstacles in the quickest and most efficient manner possible, as by jumping, climbing, or running: his amazing parkour skills.

Nope no one does it Im most certainly havent been doing it for years Broke me knee doing it plus gained supercalves from it noooo way.
but no I frequently do I use it in my other careers I remember my knee was my first real bad injury I wish you the best of luck and nothing is as rewarding as when you can still do what you did prior after you get seriously hurt...and yeah be ready for that...cuz youre gunna get hurt AND DO NOT RUSH TO GET BACK AT IT! LET YOURSELF HEAL!

I thought you broke your knee by being a wimp They had a special on the Pittsburgh news as it's catching on around here. It's caught on thanks to a few movies that had characters doing variations of it.
