Just came back from my local Toysrus store and I just happened to scan DCUC wave 7 Captain Cold to see if they've put him on clearance. But what surprised me isn't that it's not on clearance but the price has gone from about $13 to $14.99. This is totally ridiculous for a 6in figure. Is it just me? Well, if they increase the price this high, I might not be able to afford 2,3 figures not mention a whole set considering the economy is nice these days and money is tight. Mattel is really pissing collectors off these days.

A price increase is about the norm. I haven't seen prices for DCUC that high but I have noticed an increase at Walmart, Target, and Meijers.

I sure hope they don't up the price at all stores. I can barely eford to get figures as it is!

i work at toys r us and one of the guys who stocks is a hardcore collector and he said were not even going to carry them anymore.that is nice.i finally get discount and we nvr have any and now were nvr going to

Well, that's just great. One of my 2 local toysrus stores just closed (I think b/c of the economy) and I haven't seen any new DCUC at the other store. But with the look of things now ($15 a piece, its availability and money issue), I think I'll have to retire from collecting DCUC :mrgreen:

Really? where u hear that? I hope they make Martian Manhunter cuz I really wanted to have the 7 original Justice League members.

Meh I normally pay 20+ per fig anyway so I can get them early so really doesn't hurt to much.

I also heard that wave 15 is the last. looks like 6 inch figures are going extinct as far as department stores go.

Is DC UNIVERSE CLASSICS WAVE 12 out yet? I've seen listings on the internet for them in stock(Ebay too), but places like Wal-mart and TRU online don't have a listing at all?

only 3 ppl are out somehow.so stores dont have em yet

hey bob! i thinbk theyre all out now inlcuding the all stars batman superman and nightwing.but not in stores.i dont know where though cuz i know people have em. cuz my friend got his wave 12 at frank and sons but they always have stuff before stores.i barely seen wave 11 figures at walmart last week
