I'm not sure its wide spread yet, but yes, they are out. I seen personal haul pictures on Facebook.

im just glad theyll be hiting the stores soon..i heard some rumors that the figures would come out at the blu ray release of the movie

No, they've been pimping the heck out of the film. They'll capitalize on the hype. They want them out(first wave) before the movie hits, then release a second wave(more then likely) after based on sales of tickets and figures. Much like they did for Ironman 2.
