ID: GI Joe-like line with vehicle backpacks.

Hi all.

Could anyone give me 9209more info on this short-lived line? It was from the early 90s (91-93), and featured some figures strongly resembling 4" GI Joe figures, possibly a little larger in scale. The gimmick was that each figure had a HUGE backpack, and if you bought three figures, the backpacks would snap together to make a vehicle for all three figures.
