Sun-Man - Any info?

I picked up two of these figures at a flea market in Lake Park, Georgia over the weekend.

According to the info I've found, this figure is Version 2 of a He-Man spin-off/knock-off toy line called Sun-Man. Does anyone have any additional information on this figure or it's line? The information on it is rather limiting from the times I've tried to find it.

There are a couple carded SunMan figures on ebay right now.
