what is the best way to open up a legends figure for swapping arms and legs etc...? please help me

Hah, there is no best way to open those suckers. Your best bet is to either boil-n-pop it (so the hot water can get into the body cavity) or use a hairdryer to heat up the area around the pegs so you can pop them out. I think it's time I write another tutorial
