thats sweet dude, i do all my own head castings, but weapons and hands are a whole other bag. i was running out of handguns!!

Glad you guys are gett'n use out of those! Hmm... any chance you want to be added or do you prefer to not be? If you're setup for it it's extra income. I know us customizers are an impatient lot when it comes to headcasts, LOL . I'm sure people on here would be glad to send anyone heads who wanted to do this.
Maybe those of us who have or know how to make custom head sculpts could get those together on here. That way we avoid the legal implications. Maybe Captain Coder would add them to a store if they're custom! Just a thought! How convenient would that be though!

Does anyone have a tutorial on how to mold and cast heads then how to attach them. I wonder how to attach the casted head to the figure. I can't heat and pop it because the head is not soft plastic right?

I've heated and popped resin heads. Lightly sanding the edges inside the head so its smooth helps. I'll post casting links later today! I've accumulated a veritable cornucopia of tutorials
