ryu help

Hi there ,

I recently picked up a streetfighter lot althought it had the awesome sota figures it also had (imo)the ugly snk version of ryu , the articulation is great but the figure itself ...well i just donet likw it and looking for ideas what to do with him?
repaint ?
swap parts ? (the hands are the same size as sota)
trade or sell , or just add to the fodder pile ??? (that i need to get down)
