Movie Master Bane Arms HELP!

Okay... So I attempted to make a shirtless Bane w/ vest custom the other night...and ended up with a Bane and a John Cena WWE figure in the trash.

First off, cracking open the Bane didn't seem to go as easy as it should. The pegs inside broke off pieces flew everywhere and I had the two giant holes inside but when I pried it open the holes got WAY bigger.

Then the arms from the John Cena WWE figure I used were way too big and wouldnt fit on the Bane body. The shoulders wouldn't allow me to put the two body pieces back together. It was a huge mess and I'm very frustrated and REALLY want this custom. If anyone on here could give me pointers on how to properly crack open a body and also what figures (cheap as possible) I could buy and use the arms for a Movie Masters Bane Custom.

I have only been doing this for a couple months now mostly sticking to head swapping and repaints but I really want this custom.
