You can use General Grevious's lower half and sculpt over a lot of it. Also, there are a bunch of really nice customs of him. Look it up on google images and check out what they used.

They made a figure of that Darth Maul as an SDCC exclusive a few years back. There's also a new battle pack that has this version in it.

Yeah this crysis figure has a lower torso that may work. Its 5", called a Stalker
