Attaching custom heads

Hey Guys, I have ordered a few custom casted heads recently and was wondering how you attach them? I wasn't sure if you drill another hole in the head or fill it with putty or what? I know customizers on here are able to attach them to where they still have full movement like a factory piece. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks for the help guys!

I usually drill the heads out, pack them with some Aves and press them onto the neck peg. Just make sure the head still has range of motion sometime before it fully dries and you're good. You can also use hot glue to attach it, but keeping range of motion in the neck can be a bit trickier. It's also a lot faster than waiting for aves to dry.
