Looks a little like a character from Persona but I'm thinking it just looks similar .

I don't think she is from this but she reminds me of the characters of the game "Muramasa: The Demon Blade" on the Nintendo Wii

It's irrelevant. It's the cover photo from Ign's 2012 Holiday Buyer's Guide and it was just like 7 different characters from different games/movies. I knew who the other characters were and that she wasn't from any of their stuff. It started out as a mild curiosity, but now it's just pissing me off. Why would they put her picture up there if she wasn't actually in any of the games or movies contained in the guide?!

That's Iwa Motto from the game Fighting Flowers 5. She's like the Ken to the game's Ryu, Kim Chu.
