Iron Man Chest Joint Rub

I am doing a re-paint of my IronMan. And im running into the problem of some joint rub between the upper chest and abb area. I dont have a dremmel. please Help!

You don't kneed a dremmel to protect against joint rub, although it takes a while you can use an exacto blade and sandpaper to shave away and sand down all the same trouble area's you would with a dremel, it also helps to coat those area's in a layer of super glue to protect the paint :)
You'll be lucky if you're one of the few to find someone who can tolerate you.

What he said except the super glue. That's a tricky subject. It ca be a huge downfall. I would focus on the sanding and an excato works great. There are alternatives to super glue that provide a layer of protection without the mess and help paint adhere.
