Actually there's not much to it. It is Styrofoam block/sheet I get from Hobby Lobby,I get the value pack of 4 sheets that are 10X12X1 for $9. Using a box cutter or xacto knife I cut it to the shape I want. Then paint it with cheapo craft paints, like Anita's or Folk art(Coffee color). That's it. Here's a short 5min video to show you a quick look at it....its a little boring, it has no sound. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8duhKm10kvg
I'm going to raid the local craft shop for their display bases, nicely routed wood blanks, and maybe do some minor stuff and twist tie my figures to them in poses. that way they look cool and stay where i put them.
