Made a robot arm for halloween

Postby MangaJoe » Tue Oct 30, 2012 11:29 am

So I'd never worked with Eva Foam before, so I wanted to make something kind of simplistic. So I made a big clunky old school style robot arm, its probably pretty easy to guess what was the big inspiration for the design. Any thoughts? And no, that's not my costume, i was playing with it before work.

The images turned out way larger than intended, you may just want to copy paste the links.

Looks pretty cool and realistic; I like the shield-like plate on the forearm in particular.

BTW, your second image doesn't work.
