I am seeking a Cusotm Figure for My Father

Hi, a few years back I found a very skilled and nice person through eBay that created sports figures of some of my friends who played for college and high school teams. They took 3 unopened McFarlane Figures I sent, painted them, carefully placed them back in the package and placed custom images and information on the packaging. They really did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, I lost their contact information.
My father has recently retired from his lifelong job and spends most of his time now golfing. He is old school, so I'm thinking a custom figure with his information and pictures on it would be the best gift for his upcoming birthday! Hoping to find someone who I can have take a new in the box figure and tweak it a bit including changing the box art to specify his information and pictures.
