Ledger's Joker is amazing. Much better than Nicholson's. I'm not just saying that because Heath died either. He would have been great either way. Now, most annoying character? Definitely gotta say Penguin. If I've ever seen a pointless character, there you have it.

Dark Victory, Long Halloween. Perfect examples of this. His henchmen have a bigger part in the story than him.

But my pick would have been Thor until I had read up on him, but now I'll say the "new" Gambit or the young x men.
