Marvel has issued this graphic teaser, drawn by Rafa Sandoval, with the description "September, 2009: The Iron Patriot Acts." CBR points out "The image depicts Norman Osborn apparently monitoring the activities of Earth's costumed heroes, with at least one target "lost." Notably absent from the screens are Tony Stark, Captain America and the Hulks..." Interesting.
