Both Queen Hippolyta and Artemis have been Wonder Woman. And yeah, Hal is definetly THE Green Lantern. And who says they'd get flak? Marvel doesn't get flak, and their flagships are all males. Spider-Man, Wolverine, Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk; all dudes.
