They already did, they just aren't allowed to actually call it the nWo (due to WWE owning all of WCW's stuff). It was Hogan, Bischoff, Hall, Nash, and X-Pac standing over a prone Mick Foley at the end of the TNA Impact broadcast. Those guys are the core of the nWo.

So I'm back to comment on Raw now that I've watched it. Other than the very beginning and the very end with Bret Hart, it was just more of the same juvenile dribble that it always is. And even the segments with Bret Hart were disappointing. I expected more of a confrontation between Hart and everyone else. But it was cool to see him again.

Oh and I have to comment on the Unified Tag Team match between D-X and Big Show & Jericho. Does everyone remember back in the 90s when Tony Shivone, on WCW Nitro, made a snide remark about Mick Foley winning the WWF Title? Tony Shivone only succeeded in sticking in his foot in his mouth because that's when WWF won the #1 spot back with that exact match. Well Chris Jericho has to be feeling like Tony Shivone right now. In the middle of the match he mocked Hogan with the hand to ear gesture Hogan does. But TNA Impact's broadcast was leaps and bounds above Raw, so who got the last laugh there? And speaking of Jericho, I WANT THE REAL JERICHO BACK!!!

Grand Jury Indicts Hardy

Professional wrestler Jeff Hardy was indicted by a Moore County grand jury Monday on several drug charges related to a search of his Cameron home last September by law enforcement agents.
Moore County sheriff's deputies arrested Hardy after the September search of his residence on Camp Easter Road near Cameron turned up 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia.

At the time, Hardy was charged with felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hardy, a native of Cameron, had a December probably cause hearing on his cases delayed until Jan. 27, but prosecutors moved forward with the grand jury indictments, setting the stage for the cases to be placed on the county's Superior Court docket.

Hardy, 32, and his brother, Matt, wrestling as the Hardy Boyz, were six-time World Wrestling Entertainment World Tag Team Champions. Individually, Jeff Hardy held the WWE World Champion belt at one time and the World Heavyweight Championship twice.
