If you have not noticed it yet go back and watch the trailer, at the beginning at the football game take a look at the "ROUGES" banner the fans are holding and look at the letter "R"...it's the Robin logo....(at the 00:13 second mark)

I dont think so. I believe that he is an actual NFL player that is a HUGE Batman fan so they brought him in to be in the film. Least thats what I read.
