Try some Excedrin Migraine (OTC).
I have chronic migraines & it helps me alot of the time even more so than prescribed (by mouth) drugs most of the time. Takes a little while to kick in though.
If it's too serious you may need an Injection though.

It's died down to a minimum now. Might have been stress mixed with moving my stuff out in 102 weather. Plus they had to cut the power there so wires wouldn't spark up so it was just as hot inside.
