Whose lost artwork is this? I thougt someone might want to claim it so they could post it on their refrigerator!!

New Action Figure?

I wonder if this is some super secret protoype for a new action figure?? I'm trying to figure out what he is, some kind of porcupine or hedgehog? What should we call him?

I'd say he's a Jim or Bob if he had a straw hat and pitch fork, but he needs a cool super hero name. If the artist ever drops in, maybe he can tell us his name.
