Yup I am. I am so glad I managed to get my most wanted fig from the wave (Hope Summers) one thing that is kind of interisting is Thor does not come with a BAF peice. That surprised me a little

Seems that these are really only showing up in California right now which is kinda strange.
Thor doesnt with a BAF piece because he is the "Star" figure of the wave, Each wave will have one "Star" fig and will be a more popular Marvel character that does NOT include a BAF piece. Much like the All Star figs from DCUC.
I Believe Future Foundation/Big Time Spider-Man (Running Change/Variant) will be wave 2's Star Fig.

Im hoping that they will have the new MLS in Walmart today, It's annoying that Thor doesn't come with a BAf part. I guess they just wanted people too spend an extra 15 dollars .

Well actually if they wanted people to spend an extra 15 dollars they would have made him come with a BAF peice. That way theyd force you to buy him to complete terrax. They def have enough peices seeing as Hope comes with 2 peices (head and axe) and Ghost Rider comes with two (both arms) this way thay set it up so you dont HAVE to buy thor if you dont want. I would have considered passing him if I wasnt such a completionist and also whenever I display any feets of strength such as carrying in the groceries , Moving a dresser or tossing one of my kids in to the air my six year old tells me "whoa your almost stronger then Thor!"

I guess it depends. You see I am a HUGE Terrax fan. On top of that I am a fan of Klaw, & Constrictor. My 6 year old daughter loves thor. I am a HUGE Hope Summers & Steve Rogers fan. I actually don't have a standard Iron Man and the Ghost Rider looks freaking GREAT so I have reason to pick up each and every person from this wave.

Note: The new Legends Thor is the same as the SDCC Exclusive, It just has "Normal" paint instead of the "Lightning Charge" paint of the exclusive.

Picked up a loose SMC Man-Wolf and Loose Complete Psycho Circus Paul Stanley at the LTS.
I found a Crimson Dynamo at Wal-Mart today. It does not have the black stripe on the abdomen or any black wash that I'm pretty sure are supposed to be there...
No Legends, But possibly a couple cases on the next truck day my local TRU said.

I've considered the new Legends Thor, but my son's Avengers 6" figures are classic era. Should I go Select Classic, ML Series 3 or ML Giant Man series? The Select seems the most epic of the run and would fit in pretty well with the other rather large Series 1 figures--the Giant Man series is seriously lacking on paint detail and also overpriced even without the BAF part, and the original ML (though very detailed) has a few obvious shortcomings.
