That Big Time Spidey is so horrible

They really did do an awful paint job on him. I mean, comparing it to the Bucky Cap or Daken figures is like comparing early ToyBiz to late Hasbro before the revamp. Still, it's been pretty hard to find so I guess that will take the demand up. I grabbed it for either custom parts or to just give to my son, who will like him anyway regardless of the shortcomings

The paint is one thing, the body used is another. It's an abomination of a base body. Yuck. His eyes should be different shape and it wouldn't hurt to have the tron lines sculpted.

Oh absolutely; I was just pointing out the worst feature IMO. If the paint job wasn't so bad the Tron lines would be more acceptable. It's just baffling how a figure like Daken is awesome but this one is not yet it's in the same wave.

My latest Haul
New paints, mini drill bits, Snake eyes/Steve Rodgers for customizing.....the rest for my shelf, the only things not pictured is the MU X-Force Warpath also for customizing and a comic for my wife (Northstar's wedding) everything was on clearence...the GL's were only 6 bucks Robin was 15 bucks

Awesome stuff indeed guys! Found some nice sales the past couple weeks. Our local Disney store is closing (I guess having two others within 30 min. east and west didn't help) which bites but at less than $17 each for Marvel Select, I could not pass on Classic Thor and Hawkeye, or on new ~$5 tees for the kids. The big shirts for me are from Kohl's--that place is always the bomb!

I took my girl out to Raging Crab the new Cajun style seafood restaurant foe some Crab & Shrimp and we hit up a few comic shops
I Picked up the DVD of the movie " The Raid ", marvel selects movie hawkeye , Mortal Kombat 6 inch 2 pack Jaxx Vs. Reptile ( clear battle damage versions , Starting line up 97' Kmart limited edition " Grant Hill " w/ rookie card mip ( the blister card has some shelf wear I don't collect sport items much but I couldn't pass it up for $1 ) and my girl got her family guy kidrobot fix today she scored Peter , Brian (these 2 were yesterday ) & Death * which was the big score for her today we had an Awesome day .
Now off to work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! darn !
