Please identify some of these figures for me!

Okay, so about half a year ago I bought a group of toys on eBay for some reason. I think it had some vintage Star Wars figures and a really rare (from what I can tell) hobbit figure from before the LOTR movies came out. Anyway, most of these figures came in the lot but I don't know their names. Some look like comic chars so you guys should be able to clear them up in no time. A few are transformers but knowing their specific names would be useful. If you guys need markings or dates for any of them let me know. Thanks in advance for any help.

2 - Herr Star from Preacher
3 - Cassidy from Preacher
4 - Jesse Custer the Preacher from Preacher

100% certain about them too.

12. looks like Kang from The Kenner(?) Secret Wars line from the mid 80s but the pic is kinda dark so its hard to tell

.5 is a Rock Lord, they were connected with the go-bots. His name is Nuggit
.8 is a Ghostbusters werewolf.

I can confirm all but Kang it might be secret wars or fantastic four but it seems a bit dark for those series? All the rest are on the money
