Thundercats 2011 figures

Is it starting out as a movie and then the cartoon network series or are they just going to show the movie on cartoon network?

No idea, If it's anything like the original then they'll probably do an episodic film before the series starts. Thundercats exodus was how the original series started.

It says on toynewsi that they are already in stores but I haven't seen any of them yet.

They should be out next week. Walmart is doing their August reset this weekend and have been waiting for the reset to put out new product. I saw thundercats on the plan-o-gram sheets, so start looking for them Monday or Tuesday since the reset should be complete by the 15th.

If that's the case, I should consider myself lucky. I went to TRU today and they had them in stock. Didn't have the classic Lion-O, but they had a few 5" figs, and I got the 4" Lion-O, Panthro, Cheetarah and Tygra. Really sweet figures. Great posability and everything, really happy with it.

Found these today, they have them beside the GI Joes. While I'm not a Thunder Cats fan, I'm half tempted to get Lion-O.
