unkown figure

ok i have an action figure that is blue looks like a big elongated head going behind him. he has one blue claw on his right hand with blood on it. and a normal human hand on his left. he has a long mouth like something you would see on a spawn clown figure with blood along his top teeth. he has some goldish armor on his feet, waist chest and his human arm elbow and shoulder. he has red eyes. i have a pic but since you cant put pics here if you want to try to answer just let me know and i can e-mail the pic to you. pls any help would be appriciated. thanks.

I think that is a custom figure of some sort, some are spawn parts but I don't think all of it is.
Not %100 on that though.
