Has anyone ever seen figures being made in the factory?

I've always been interested in seeing what steps it takes for a company to produce an articulated figure such as molding, casting, and the paint applications. Is there anywhere I can go to see this process as it happens? I've searched for videos of it but I've been unable to find anything.

The closest thing I've seen is a movie called Where the Toys Come From, which featured Tomy toys. But I don't know how accurate it is now, but, like I said, this is the closest thing I've seen about action figure production lines:
