Does anyone have any recomendations for a caster who has a good selection of heads to choose from?
I used to use DMC but he is currently down.
CKC is good, but does not have the wide range of selections that DMC did.

No one else has the selection that DMC does. Red Rebel made a list of the various casters on this thread http://www.figurerealm.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=40239 I'd start looking there.
