Hello:
I just registered because I was told about this board by someone who ordered ProCreate Epoxy Sculpting Putty from my company. I seek to learn more about the action figure community.
I am also the inventor of ProCreate Epoxy Sculpting Putty, so feel free to ask me anything about it!

Welcome Tim. I would see about getting a tutorial on the main site for your product. That may be too much like advertising but it'd be worth looking into.

Welcome man! I haven't heard about that, but am definitely interested. A tutorial for it would be much appreciated by me as well.

I also would be very interested to see your product in action. A comprehensive review of the product comparing it to similar products would be very helpful as-well.
You'll be lucky if you're one of the few to find someone who can tolerate you.

We have some information on it here: http://www.kraftmark.biz and here: http://www.kmarksculptingclay.com
I also have several tutorials to share. I will try to put them up in the next few days.

Here's a great example of what someone did with ProCreate.

When dry, is it that of a texture/material more similar to hardened clay or plastic?

I would say it's more of a plastic. Hardened clay tends to be rough and this can be smoothed nicely.
