We decided to do the Robots thing due to the Summer movie release of TF2 and Terminator. Figured the TF interest would be peeked and it might bring some new blood into the contest.

Would a character that has the appearance of a cyborg/robot, but doesn't have an actual physical body, be acceptable? I'm talking about characters that are virtual, exist in cyber space only, holograms, etc. stuff like that.

I'm already working on something else as an entry, so it's no biggy if you don't want to allow it, but I was thinking of doing something along that vein for a second entry, provided I have time left, if it would be permissable.

Cool, thanks. Even though the character I'm thinking of doing is virtual, the data for it would still presumably have to exist in a computer hard drive/server or something, somewhere, so, at the most basic level, it'd still be a machine from that standpoint.
