I liked the look of most the games announced on the VGA's too, but I did have a problem with them. I noticed nearly every single game announced was a sequel of some sort. Where are the original games? Are the game companies really out of ideas? Gaming used to be about innovative ideas and new gameplay techniques. Now it's just about what title they can make the most money off of and make a movie out of.

Same goes for movies. Either they're remakes, sequels, or based on something else... or suck...Media in general has gone down hill in the last 25-30 years... except comics, and the quality of special effects in... everything... oh well
