Punstarr... First Time Homeowner!

So yeah, not sure if anyone cares but my wife and I are buying what to us will be our first ever house. It's not a true "stick built" house, it's a double-wide manufactured home... but it's a really nice one with hardwood floors, beautiful cabinetry and (since the place didn't come with any) all brand new appliances, including water heater. It's about 1568 square feet, which is pretty big with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... finally we'll have a yard that our daughter and dog can play in. We've always lived in apartments, so this is absolutely huge. I'm so excited I just had to share it with you guys. We should be moving in March or April.

hey, great to hear that. i think it`s the dream of most people. my girl just got apartment from her parents so problems with accomodations is off my head for now. but still it nothing to compare with all that space in house and yard..on the other hand i love to live in the city. congratulations for You!!
