It's a free fan movie from Italy that is getting good reviews. they have subtitle files you can download and hook up. The soundtrack is really good and free too. here is the main site.
They even have a pro voice actor doing one of the extra voices that i'll be meeting at a con next month.

I dont' think they can without Konami coming down on them hard. I'm putting it on a dvd with a nice label and getting it autographed if i can lol.
