Marvel - Playmobil style?

Anyone know which company makes these figures or what the series was called? In scale and style they are similar to Playmobil figures.

Based on the IM design, and the rather extreme look on Kang's face, I'm thinking they're fairly recent... Try maybe looking at Toyfair/ Comic-con photos for some of the more obscure booths?
