Have you ever boughtn anything on entertainment earth?

Hi guys, I hope I am posting in the right thread and that I am not violating any restriction here...
I am trying to find out if someone has ever made a purchase from the entertainment earth site. Basically I made a preorder and now they sent me an email asking for my credit card`s ccv, billing address, credit card number, etc; all the information to get your card stolen. (and yes, it is a legitimate email from them, they want to make sure there is no credit card fraud)
I just want to know if this has ever happened to someone buying there, to please let me know if everything went ok, otherwise i´ll have to cancel my order.

They also have a very cool customer service department. Though at times they're way behind on getting stuff in (so is bigbadtoystore though) as i found something on amazon cheaper and in stock that they said would be a while getting.
